At the time of this article publishing, the Nationals had yet to announce a starting pitcher, but the Phillies will start Vince Velasquez on the mound. He has a 2-1 record with a 4.08 ERA through 11 appearances, including seven starts. Velasquez was hit hard his last time out, giving up six runs in three innings, but that is an outlier in an otherwise solid start to the season. Expect a bounce-back performance from him and take the Phillies on the moneyline regardless of who the Nationals start.
