We’re putting a link to the photo here, because you might not want to see it, but legs don’t bend the way Conor McGregor’s did at the end of the first round of his UFC 264 bout with Dustin Poirier. “Diamond” Poirier was declared the winner, and will now likely take on Charles Oliviera for the UFC lightweight championship.
Here’s the video, and we’re not posting that here either.
But we will put a link to McGregor talking about Poirier’s wife in the post-fight interview, and comparing his injury to that of Anderson Silva years ago that basically ended “Spider” as a contender for UFC gold.

It was an absolute madhouse at T-Mobile Arena tonight, and it’s a shame it ended the way it did. The pace of the first round was crazy, and while Poirier says one of his checks is what broke McGregor’s leg, we’ll probably never know exactly what happened.
And whatever you think of Joe Rogan credit to him for sitting on the most disgusting surface in all of humanity, the canvas of the octagon after a full night of mixed martial arts, and getting an interview with the real Conor came out.
