The Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks meet in Game 3 Sunday as the 2021 NBA Finals shifts to the Midwest. The Bucks will attempt to avoid the 3-0 hole while the Suns try to put the clamps down and move one win closer to an NBA championship. Here are the best player props for Phoenix heading into Game 3.

Phoenix Suns player props

Deandre Ayton to record a double-double (-265)

Ayton had a monster opening game of the Finals, scoring 22 points and grabbing 19 rebounds. He was far less convincing in Game 2, but had an impact defensively and still finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Even if he’s not getting touches, Ayton seems to find a way to put up numbers. Take him to record another playoff double-double in Game 3.

Mikal Bridges over 1.5 assists (-117)

Bridges has recorded at least one assist in the last nine games. In five of those games, he’s had two or more. The forward broke out in Game 2 with 27 points, but the Bucks are going to force him to move the ball more now. Expect Bridges to keep getting shots, but make a few more plays to hit open teammates. Two assists shouldn’t be difficult.

Chris Paul under 35.5 points, rebounds and assists (-125)

Update: The line is down to 34.5 with the under -121 and the over -106.

Paul has been excellent in the Finals, averaging 27.5 points, 8.5 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game. This is admittedly a scary line given how the Bucks have defended Paul in the midrange game, but the point guard was always bound to cool off. After combining for 45 in this category in Game 1, Paul dropped to 35 in Game 2. He’s going to continue to be a distributor, but the points should stay about where they were for Game 2 instead of climbing into the 30s and 40s. The under is the play here.
