The Bucks stormed back into the series in Game 3 with a decisive 120-110 win at home. Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to show why he’s the best player on the floor, while Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday bounced back from a horrendous showing in Game 2. Can Milwaukee’s defense hold the Suns to one more bad shooting performance to even the series up?
The Suns looked lost in the second quarter of Game 3 and Milwaukee took advantage, leading to a 60-45 Bucks lead at halftime. Phoenix made a run late in the third quarter despite missing Deandre Ayton due to foul trouble, but the Bucks always had an answer. Ayton will look to repeat his Game 3 effort in Game 4, but he’ll need Devin Booker to step up. The star guard went 3-14 in the loss and was unable to contribute elsewhere to make up for the poor shooting performance.
