The Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks resume the NBA Finals Saturday with Game 5 in Phoenix. The home team has won every game so far, making the series a best-of-3. The Bucks have some momentum after winning 109-103 in Game 4 but the Suns have been an excellent home team. Here’s how bettors can approach Game 5 in the desert.
Bucks vs. Suns odds, 9 p.m. ET, ABC
Spread: Suns -3.5
This is only the second series of the playoffs Phoenix has lost two games in a row. The Suns have only lost two games at home this postseason and although the Bucks have the best player on the floor, Milwaukee hasn’t played well on the road. Take Phoenix with the spread.
Over/Under: Over 218.5
Games 3 and 4 went under, although the former was only under by one point depending on the line bettors got. Both teams are scoring the ball well and should hit the over in Game 5.
Moneyline: Suns -165, Bucks +145
Chris Paul and Deandre Ayton should be better than they were in Game 4 in a return to familiar territory. Even with Giannis Antetokounmpo on fire, Phoenix at home has been phenomenal this year. Take the Suns with the moneyline.
