The 2021 Gold Cup is nearing its finale. The CONCACAF tournament is in the knockout stage and we are approaching the final four. 16 teams entered the tournament and 8 advanced to the quarterfinals. The quarterfinals took place on Saturday and Sunday, July 24-25, and the semifinals are scheduled for July 29th.

Mexico remains the tourney favorite but they’ll face a bit of a challenge in the semifinals when they kick off against Canada. Meanwhile, party-crashing Qatar held off a late rally by Honduras to win 3-2 and will face the US after they edged out Jamaica 1-0.
