Best Bucks player prop bets in Game 2 of 2021 NBA Finals vs. Suns

We go over the best player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook to consider for the Milwaukee Bucks heading into Game 2 of the 2021 NBA Finals.

The Milwaukee Bucks are in a must-win situation on Thursday night in Game 2 of the 2021 NBA Finals vs. the Phoenix Suns. After getting Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) back in the lineup, Milwaukee was unable to do much on offense in a 118-105 loss in Game 1. Giannis lacked aggressiveness and his team suffered. You know who didn’t suffer? Bettors who backed a few Bucks props. Brook Lopez went O14.5 points while Khris Middleton went O25.5 points, the top 2 bet on props for Game 1 on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Let’s take a look at some player props on DKSB for the Bucks for Game 2 on Thursday.

Milwaukee Bucks, Game 2 player props

Giannis Antetokounmpo O26.5 point (-113)

I’ll start this off by saying this feels like an “All-in on Giannis” type of situation in Game 2. He looked fine in Game 1 but you could tell he was a bit timid coming back from the knee injury after missing a week. I expect Giannis to be much more aggressive in Game 2. He only took 11 shots! I mean, come on, you’re a two-time MVP in your first Finals game! So yes, Giannis doing more in the paint would go a long way. If we look back to the second round, Giannis scored at least 30 points in each game following a loss to the Nets. I view this as a similar situation.

Khris Middleton O2.5 3-pointers (-139)

This line may end up being one of the more popular player props for Game 2 when we get that info before the game. Middleton was forced to take on more of the scoring load with Giannis struggling and Jrue Holiday not being much of a factor. There’s no real reason to believe Middleton won’t continue to chuck, especially if the Bucks get down again in Game 2. He took 12 outside shots on Tuesday and hit 5 of them. The volume alone makes this prop a pretty safe one.

Giannis Antetokounmpo to outscore Devin Booker (+110)

The only reason Booker got to 27 points in Game 1 was because he got some calls and got to the line. The Bucks did a good job disrupting Booker, holding him to 8-of-21 shooting and 1-of-8 from downtown. Really, this bet would have less to do with Booker and more to do with Giannis having a big game. CP3 took over in Game 2 and we could see that again. Antetokounmpo will almost definitely take more shots in Game 2. I think this will be a close call but give me the juice on Giannis.
