Full undercard for Ramirez vs. Barrera, Diaz-Fortuna co-feature

DAZN has a busy card on Friday, July 9th. We break down the undercard for an event topped by a lightweight title fight and light heavyweight contenders bout.

Championship boxing is primarily a Saturday sport these days, but Friday, July 9th brings an interesting card on DAZN. Gilberto Ramirez and Sullivan Barrera face off in a light heavyweight bout to end the night, but the main card features three separate championship bouts.

The main card gets going at 9 pm. ET and Ramirez and Barrera are expected to make their ring walks for the main event at approximately 11:30 p.m. ET. That timeline will depend on the length of the earlier bouts. The entire event will air via live stream on DAZN.

The main card features three championships on the line. Naoka Fujioka and Sulem Urbina open the main card fighting for Fujioka’s WBA women’s flyweight title. After a lightweight nontitle fight, Tenkai Tsunami puts here WBO women’s junior flyweight title on the line against Seniesa Estrada. The final fight before the main card features Joseph Diaz Jr. and Javier Fortuna facing off for the vacant WBC interim lightweight title.
