Ranking the top 121 PPR running backs in 2021 fantasy football

Football is just about back and we have your 2021 fantasy football PPR running back rankings. Training camp is back in full swing and what we learn over the next month will help us rank these players more accurately. Movement over the next month will come courtesy of injuries and camp battles.

Last season saw two of the Top 3 running backs injured early on, as Squon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey were non-factors in fantasy due to injuries. In the end, touchdowns were the key to fantasy stardom in 2020, as the Top 3 fantasy backs all hit 17 touchdowns. Touchdowns are volatile, so we can’t count on them to boost are backs, but they also come with extreme usage and the Top 3 of Kamara, Dalvin Cook and Derrick Henry all touched the ball an inordinate amount of times. Finding running backs with the best usage who also happen to stay healthy is a worthy goal as we start every fantasy season.
