The 2021 fantasy football season is quickly sneaking up on us. Below, you can check out our PPR tight end rankings for the 2021 season. Below you will find our fantasy football tight end non-PPR rankings. Training camp is meaningful and what we learn over the next month will help us rank these players more accurately. But, the bulk of evaluation has been done already. At this point rankings will move based on injuries, camp battles, and perceived and official depth chart moves.
Tight end was a black hole of despair for fantasy players who didn’t have Travis Kelce or Darren Waller last season. That did put a lot of fantasy teams in the same boat though. The hope, as usual, is that another tight end will emerge as a consistent fantasy producer this season. George Kittle was injured last year, so he should add to the depth at the position while T.J. Hockenson should have more targets funneled his way and Mark Andrews and the Ravens should bounce back from a down 2020.
As usual there will be plenty of “sleeper” tight ends, but we’ve seen them get washed away more often than not in recent seasons. Rookie Kyle Pitts will be the most fun to keep tabs on, as he is easily the second best receiving target on the Falcons and should be in line for a lot of work his rookie year.
