The MLB will feature a very short slate of games on Monday, August 9th with only five games scheduled to be played, all of which are on the DraftKings main slate. With such a small amount of opportunities, it is even more crucial to find edges in your DFS lineup.

Sometimes with a plus-matchup on the MLB game slate, we get an opportunity to slot multiple players from the same team into our DFS lineups. You can learn more about MLB DFS strategy, including team stacks, here.

Here, we’ll break down three of the best team stacks for the MLB slate on Monday, August 9th.

Reds vs. Indians, 6:10 p.m. ET

Joey Votto ($5,800)
Jesse Winker ($5,600)
Mike Moustakas ($5,400)

If you have not been stacking hitters from the Cincinnati Reds lineup, it’s time to start because they are climbing closer to the top spot in the National League Central, and offense has been a huge part of it. Now, the Reds will go up against Cleveland Indians starter Sam Hentges, who has a 7.86 ERA in 17 appearances including eight starts in his rookie season. Keep riding the Cincinnati lineup until further notice.

Yankees vs. Royals, 8:10 p.m. ET

Aaron Judge ($5,300)
Joey Gallo ($5,100)
DJ LeMahieu ($4,600)

The New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals have the highest run total of the night according to DraftKings Sportsbook at 10. The Yankees lineup will go up against Royals starter Carlos Hernandez, who has a 4.58 ERA over 16 appearances including four starts. He pitched well in the last two games, but he has a small sample size for starts to work off of, and the Yankees are set up for a big day at the plate according to oddsmakers.

Brewers vs. Cubs, 8:05 p.m. ET

Willy Adames ($5,500)
Eduardo Escobar ($5,000)
Christian Yelich ($4,900)

The Milwaukee Brewers cooled off a bit offensively in their weekend series against the San Francisco Giants, but they have a much better advantage going up against the Chicago Cubs on Monday night. They will go up against starter Alec Mills, who has a 4.41 ERA in 22 appearances including 10 starts. He faced the Brewers three times in relief appearances in April and allowed one earned run over 4.1 innings of work.
