The Seattle Seahawks added some talent during the 2022 NFL Draft who should have a fantasy impact for this upcoming season. Before we dive into what impact these rookies could have on the Seahawks in 2022, let’s look back at last season.
The major move of the offseason, of course, is the Seahawks trading longtime quarterback Russell Wilson to the Broncos last month. Wilson was reliably a top fantasy QB option for several years and his production will be sorely missed. Along with veteran QB Drew Lock, the team did get back tight end Noah Fant in the trade and he’ll be a go-to weapon for whoever emerges as the starter.
As far as the rest of the offense goes, the Seattle will have most of its primary fantasy-oriented stars back in the lineup. That includes wide receivers Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf and running backs Rashaad Penny and Chris Carson. Penny re-signed with the team this offseason and may be the RB1 moving forward.

Fantasy football impact
Seattle decided to use its second round two pick on Doak Walker Award winner Kenneth Walker III. The dynamic running back joins an already loaded running back room and barring the Seahawks trading one of their veterans, it might dilute their fantasy value a little bit.
