ESPN+ will host Thursday’s matchup between the New York Mets and Chicago Cubs with first pitch set for 7:40 p.m. ET. The game will take place at Wrigley Field in Chicago.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime MLB matchup, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind — you’ll need a subscription to ESPN+. You can subscribe to ESPN+ on the ESPN website, where you can get a monthly subscription for $5.99, or get the ESPN/Disney/Hulu bundle for $13.99 per month.

The New York Mets will look to avoid a three-game sweep by the hands of the Chicago Cubs on Thursday night. Rookie David Peterson got lit up on Wednesday night before the bullpen couldn’t stop the bleeding in a 16-4 trouncing. Javier Baez, David Bote and Matt Duffy did the majority of the damage for Chicago with a combined 11 RBI. We could see another high-scoring affair with the Mets sending out Joey Lucchesi (5.40 ERA) and the Cubs starting Trevor Williams (5.02 ERA).
