The first full week of the 2021 MLB season is upon us, and ESPN’s family of networks has a full day of games to keep you entertained whether you’re pretending to be working or watching every pitch as a die-hard baseball fan. From early afternoon till late at night, five baseball will be available with four games on ESPN with another on ESPN+.
While all five are worthy of taking a look at, the Chicago White Sox heading on the road to play the Seattle Mariners should be an exciting matchup. You’ll need to stay up late for the 10:10 p.m. ET, but the White Sox are among the favorites to win the World Series. They were featured on Sunday Night Baseball, so ESPN is getting its fill of White Sox action early on this season.
Another game to watch comes on ESPN+ when the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Chicago Cubs at 7:40 p.m. ET. The National League Central is expected to be one of the most competitive divisional races this season, and this matchup at Wrigley Field will be the Cubs’ fourth of a 12-game slate against divisional opponents to start out their season.
