San Diego Padres SS Fernando Tatis Jr. has been reinstated off the injured list and will return to the lineup for Wednesday’s game vs. the Colorado Rockies. Tatis had tested positive for Covid-19 and was placed on IL 10 days ago and has been asymptomatic. He will be back in the order batting cleanup for the Pads this afternoon against Colorado at 4:10 p.m. ET. Here’s a look at the full lineup card:

Tatis ($5,500) should be good to roll out in all fantasy baseball formats and has a good matchup against Chi Chi Gonzalez and the Rox. Prior to getting Covid-19, Tatis had back-to-back multi-hit games, so hopefully the long layoff didn’t slow him down. San Diego has been just fine without Tatis in the lineup, winning 7 of the past 8 games since the shortstop was placed on IL. The Pads were -286 on the moneyline, so this line was likely in anticipation that the Padres would get some players back in the lineup today. 1B Eric Hosmer ($4,500) is also back in the lineup batting 5th behind Tatis.

The young shortstop is hitting .240/.315/.552 with nine home runs and 14 RBI in 96 at-bats this season. As for Hosmer, he is slashing .305/.370/.443 with four home runs and 21 RBI in 131 at-bats this season.
