What channel Padres vs. Giants is on and how to watch via live online stream

We go over how you can watch Friday’s game between the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants on ESPN+ and local broadcasts.

ESPN+ will host Friday’s matchup between the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants with first pitch set for 9:45 p.m. ET. The game will take place at Oracle in San Francisco. The game will air on Bally Sports San Diego in the Padres market and on NBC Sports Bay Area in the Giants market. Blake Snell and Anthony DeSclafani are starting for San Diego and San Francisco, respectively.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime MLB matchup, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind — you’ll need a subscription to ESPN+. You can subscribe to ESPN+ on the ESPN website, where you can get a monthly subscription for $5.99, or get the ESPN/Disney/Hulu bundle for $13.99 per month. If you have MLB.tv, the game will also be streaming there.

The Giants and Padres are the top two teams in the NL West, with San Francisco holding a half game lead. The two teams have split their six games thus far. The Padres are a -150 favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook while the Giants are a +128 underdog.
