Pitching matchups for Tuesday’s MLB games

All 30 MLB teams are scheduled to be on the field as the month of June begins on Tuesday night, and there are plenty of quality pitching matchups to keep an eye on. The first game of the night will be between the Chicago White Sox and Cleveland Indians with exceptional players on the mound. Chicago will start righty Dylan Cease, who has a 3-1 record and 2.98 ERA through 10 starts. Meanwhile, Shane Bieber will throw for Cleveland with a 5-3 record and a 3.13 ERA in 11 starts in 2021. He leads the MLB with 110 strikeouts.

In the Tampa Bay Rays vs. New York Yankees game, Tyler Glasnow will be on the mound for Tampa Bay after throwing eight scoreless innings his last time out and is ranked second for the most strikeouts with 98. Domingo German is pitching for the Yankees with a 4-3 record and 3.06 ERA in nine starts. He has allowed just three combined runs in his last three starts.
