Pitching matchups for Friday’s MLB games

With every team scheduled to play, there should be plenty of pitching matchups for baseball fans to look forward to on Friday, June 18th.

The highlight of the night comes in arguably the day’s best game between the Chicago White Sox and Houston Astros featuring two 40-plus win teams. Chicago will start Carlos Rodon with a 6-2 record and 1.89 ERA through 11 starts. Meanwhile, Luis Garcia will throw for the Astros with a 5-4 record and a 2.98 ERA in 13 appearances including 11 starts.
