We have a solid 13-game slate in the majors on Thursday, beginning at 1:05 p.m. ET. There are a lot good matchups happening across the league that will not only have betting but also fantasy implications. Over the course of the day, we will be keeping up to date with the latest injury and lineup news before first pitch between the Los Angeles Angels and New York Yankees.

There will be a lot of interesting storylines to follow throughout the day, starting with the Yankees, who lost a heartbreaking 11-8 contest to the Angels on Wednesday night. New York jumped out to an early 7-2 lead on Shohei Ohtani, but they couldn’t hold on as they allowed the Angels to score seven runs in the ninth inning. New York will try to rebound and capture the series win with Jordan Montgomery on the mound. We have also have a good pitchers duel at 2:10 p.m. ET between Jose Berrios of the Twins and Carlos Rodon of the White Sox. Chicago will be trying to pull off the three-game sweep. Finally, Jacob deGrom will be back on the mound for the Mets with his historic 0.69 ERA as he prepares to play the Braves.
