ESPN+ will host Wednesday’s matchup between the Milwaukee Brewers and the St. Louis Cardinals with first pitch set for 7:45 p.m. ET. The game will take place at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, and will also air on Bally Sports Wisconsin in the Brewers market and on Bally Sports Midwest in the Cardinals market. Freddy Peralta and Jack Flaherty will take the mound for the Brewers and Cardinals, respectively.

They have an 8.5 game lead in the NL Central and are 11 games ahead of the Cardinals. However, the Cards could give the Brewers more trouble than they’re expecting. Milwaukee’s registered a win in 8 out of 10 of their last outings, and pitcher Jack Flaherty has recently returned from the 60-day IL. He’s registered a quality start in 8 of his 12 games for the 2021 MLB season with an ERA of 2.65 and a 9-1 record.
