Klay Thompson debuts as sideline reporter during Warriors vs. Bulls game

Even when Klay Thompson isn’t on the court he’s giving the Golden State Warriors the spark they need. During Wednesday’s broadcast of Warriors-Bulls, the shooting guard took to the sideline as a reporter, providing analysis during the game.

Thompson has been recovering from surgery for a torn ACL he suffered during last season’s NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. He isn’t expected to return this season, though there was some hope he could make it back for the playoffs.

Well, with the Dubs in last place, it’s unlikely they make a run at the postseason, particularly with Stephen Curry and D’Angelo Russell currently out as well. Still, it was nice to see Thompson in good spirits, giving solid analysis and interviewing his teammates.
