The Miami Heat have suspended guard Dion Waiters again for failing to adhere to team policies, violating team rules and “continued subordination,” per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
This is the third time this season that Waiters has been suspended by the Heat. He likely won’t see the court for Miami, to be honest. Waiters initially had a 10-game suspension, but the Heat have plenty of guards in the backcourt now with Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson emerging after the addition of Jimmy Butler this offseason.
