The Utah Jazz have signed G League standout guard Rayjon Tucker to a contract, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported late Monday night. The Jazz also waived veteran forward Jeff Green. This move comes shortly after the Jazz acquired G Jordan Clarkson in a trade with the Cleveland Cavaliers for two draft picks and G Dante Exum.

Tucker played for Florida Gulf Coast prior to transferring to Arkansas-Little Rock, where he led the team in scoring, averaging 20.3 points per game last season. He had been playing for the Wisconsin Herd in the G League before signing the deal, with plenty of hype surrounding which NBA team he would land with. Tucker was averaging 23.9 points per game for the Herd.
