Kyrie Irving almost has perfect game, drops 54 points on Bulls [VIDEO]

Update, 9:46 p.m. — Kyrie is closing in on his career high of 57 and is up to 54. Kenny Atkinson is leaving Irving in there with the Nets up by 29 late in the fourth quarter. It’s one of those games for Irving, where you give him the ball and watch what he does with it. Annnnnd Irving is done for the night. What a game. He finished with 71.25 DKFP on DraftKings at $9,000, one of the best GPP plays on the slate.

Update, 9:40 p.m. — Irving is still doing stupid things and were in the fourth quarter and he’s got 50 points and well just watch this.

We all know this is a tough time for Kyrie Irving but he’d be making Kobe Bryant proud right now. Irving has 27 points on 10-10 shooting at the half Friday vs. the Chicago Bulls. Here are some highlights (h/t ESPN) of Irving banging a circus 3 from long-range before the buzzer.

Irving has drained four 3-pointers and also has three boards, an assist and a steal so far. He’s in line for a monster game, which is exactly what the Nets need against a team also fighting for the No. 8 seed in the East.
