The NBA announced that the 2021 All-Star Game has officially been postponed for this upcoming season. Indianapolis was set to host All-Star Weekend for the 2020-21 season and its expected to host the festivities in 2024, per the League.

The NBA is instead holding a break from March 5-10 during the season to split up the two halves. There won’t be any All-Star Game during the “All-Star Break” but teams will get a chance to unwind before the stretch run to the playoffs starting in May. The play-in tournament is coming back and will take place on May 18-21 before the postseason begins on May 22.
