NBA makes another All-Star Game Weekend, this time to 3-Point Contest

League basically adds in the Steph Curry-range 3-pointer, adds more shots, more time to clock each round.

The NBA is all about changes this year in the All-Star Game and Weekend festivities. They changed the format to the game itself, but now we’ll see a bit of a new look in the 3-Point Contest.

They’ve essentially implemented a Stephen Curry-range 3-pointer that is worth more points. This will be particularly interesting with a shooter like Trae Young, who we’ve seen hit shots from that range this week. We’ll also get more shots and more time on the clock, which is always a plus.
