Detroit Pistons PF/C Christian Wood has tested positive for COVID-19 coronavirus, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported Saturday night.

Sources say Wood has shown no symptoms and is doing well.
The Pistons were among the teams recommended to self-quarantine as a result of facing the Utah Jazz and Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell in recent weeks. Wood had 32 points and 11 rebounds against Gobert, who has been confirmed as positive for COVID-19 from Wednesday.
