Breaking down Michael Jordan Documentary pool picks

DraftKings Sportsbook is offering another pool for Episodes 3 and 4 of “The Last Dance” on ESPN on Sunday night. We break it down.

“The Last Dance” premiered last Sunday with two episodes of the 10-part documentary series going inside the 1997-1998 Chicago Bulls. The first two parts set us up for what should be a wild ride through the minds of Michael Jordan, Phil Jackson, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman. As a result, there’s another DraftKings Sportsbook picks pool for Episodes 3 and 4, which air on ESPN at 9 p.m. ET. Let’s break down every question.

Who will appear on screen first?

  • Scottie Pippen
  • Dennis Rodman
  • Both at the same time

Episode 3 appears to be the D-Rod episode, so that will be the popular pick. I’m sort of leaning towards Pippen appearing first, mostly because that’s where we left off in episode 2, with Pippen and his contract dispute. I don’t think it will be both at the same time, but crazier things have happened.

How many U.S. Presidents will be shown?

  • Over 1.5
  • Under 1.5

Gimme the under. We had Bill Clinton and Barack Obama appear in the first episode. That was mostly because Clinton is from Arkansas, where Pippen played most of his early life. Obama is a Chicago native and avid Bulls fan. I wonder if another President could pop up but really the only one would be George W. Bush, but for what reason? W. wouldn’t show up until toward the end of the series with the White House visit?

Will David Stern be shown?

  • Yes
  • No

Stern was in one of the first two episodes, so coin toss on this one. I’d say more likely than not Stern will be interviewed for a segment in an episode.

Will Michael Jordan be shown in a White Sox uniform?

  • Yes
  • No

I’m going to lean Yes, mostly because the series seems to like to bounce around to different time lines and periods during the history of Jordan’s career.

What will be the first highlight shown of Michael Jordan’s playing days?

  • Dunk
  • Jump Shot
  • Layup
  • Block/Steal
  • Any other highlight

My favorites in this are dunk and jump shot. I’d be surprised if it were any of the other ones, maybe layup. Listen, these things are unpredictable. You can go back and count the highlights, but don’t be a try-hard.

Will Carmen Electra be shown?

  • Yes
  • No

Absolutely.

Will Steve Kerr be wearing Golden State Warriors clothes?

  • Yes
  • No

Considering Kerr will probably go into the Hall with the Warriors or Spurs, yeah, most likely.

Will we see Michael Jordan throwing out a first pitch at a baseball game?

  • Yes
  • No

Sure? I don’t know. He did for the Cubs in the first two episodes. There’s a slim chance we see it again I’d say.

Who will appear on screen first?

  • Jerry Reinsdorf
  • Phil Jackson
  • Jerry Krause
  • Multiple at same time

Phil would be my favorite because he’s going to be heavily involved in the D-Rod episode.

Will Jerry Krause and Phil Jackson be shown in a scene together?

  • Yes
  • No

Yeah, they’ll probably be shown next to each other at some point.

Will Larsa Pippen be shown?

  • Yes
  • No

Uhhhhhhh, sure again? One of these episodes will be a lot of Pippen most likely, so there’s a decent chance we see Larsa.
