Tracking NBA players who have decided to sit out when the season returns [UPDATE]

We’ll be keeping an eye on all the players who have opted to not play in Orlando in late July.

The NBA has given players the option of sitting out when the regular season starts back up in late July in Orlando, Florida. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, players are allowed to do what’s best for them and their families. If NBA players decide to sit out, they will not be penalized outside of losing a fraction of their salary. It’s unclear how many players will sit out, but we’re going to be tracking all the latest news and names being reported.
