Nikola Jokic starting at point guard for Nuggets in first scrimmage

Denver center has slimmed down and now the Nuggets are starting Jokic at PG and Bol Bol at center to open things up.

We all knew Nikola Jokic was entering the bubble slimmed down and in great shape. We had no idea that was going to lead Denver Nuggets coach Mike Malone to start the All-Star center at point guard to open up scrimmage season.

Not only is Jokic starting in the back court with Jerami Grant, but Bol Bol is starting at small forward??? What insanity is this? Has Malone lost it or are we just witnessing greatness? Probably the greatness part. Even if it doesn’t work out, this lineup is HUGE. I mean Mason Plumlee and Paul Millsap are both power forwards. It’s pretty much four front court bodies and a long wing in Grant. Move over small ball it’s time for TALL BALL.
