The NBA is inching closer to a return at the end of July. The 22 teams participating in the restart of the 2019-20 season have made their way to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Training Camps for each team will run from July 9 through July 29 with scrimmages right up to the season reopening on July 30. With the Utah Jazz beginning training camp, we’ll be tracking all the latest news and injuries here.

Utah Jazz Training Camp news updates

July 5 — Mike Conley may leave bubble early

Jazz coach Quinn Snyder told the Salt Lake Tribune that Conley is likely to exit the bubble sometime in late August for the birth of his child. If Conley were to leave the bubble, he’d likely need to quarantine for 10-14 days upon return, which would be unknown. This would only impact the Jazz if they make a deep playoff run, something not outside the realm of possibility. Nevertheless, it’s something to keep in mind.
