NBA TV will host Monday’s matchup between the Washington Wizards and the Los Angeles Lakers, with tip-off set for 10:00 p.m. ET. The game will take place at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California. If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime NBA matchup, you can stream the game online on the NBA TV site, but keep in mind that you’ll need a subscription. Occasionally, they’ll promote a free trial for the subscription.

If you don’t have a login to live stream the game through the NBA TV website, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

Are the Wizards going to make a run at the postseason? Don’t look now, but Washington is on a four-game winning streak and sits just 3.0 games out of the 8-seed in the East. This isn’t just some fluke streak either, the Wizards have defeated three playoff teams on the run. Bradley Beal has at least 35 points in three of those four contests and is leading the League in scoring at 32.9 points per game. Russell Westbrook has started to come around and has a three-game triple-double streak.

The Lakers are trending in the opposite direction without both Anthony Davis (calf) and Dennis Schroder (health protocols). The team’s depth is being tested and so is the resolve of LeBron James. The Lakers have lost three of their past four games, the worst stretch of basketball all season. Each loss is to a quality team (Heat, Nuggets, Nets), so it isn’t any cause for concern. The faster the Lakers can get healthy, though, the better.
