NBATV will host Friday’s matchup between the Indiana Pacers and Los Angeles Lakers, with tip-off set for 10:30 p.m. ET. The game will take place at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime NBA matchup, you can stream the game online on the NBA TV site, but keep in mind that you’ll need a subscription. Occasionally, they’ll promote a free trial for the subscription.
If you don’t have a login to live stream the game through the NBA TV website, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.
The Pacers come back from the All-Star Break with some good news. Unfortunately, it won’t impact Friday’s game. Indy is set to get Caris LeVert back from emergency surgery that held him out since January. LeVert was acquired from the Houston Rockets in the James Harden 4-way trade. LeVert is expected to return Saturday on the second of a back-to-back vs. the Phoenix Suns.
The Lakers limped heavily into the break, losing 7 of 10 games before LeBron James headed down to Atlanta. The King actually benched himself in the second half of the ASG and his team still coasted to a win. The Lake Show has an easy schedule in the second half but will remain without Anthony Davis (calf) for the immediate future. Davis is set to be re-evaluated after Friday’s game, so perhaps next week is when we see AD return.
