NBA TV will host Sunday’s matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns, with tip-off set for 10:00 p.m. ET. The game will take place at the Phoenix Suns Arena in Arizona. If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime NBA matchup, you can stream the game online on the NBA TV site, but keep in mind that you’ll need a subscription. Occasionally, they’ll promote a free trial for the subscription.

If you don’t have a login to live stream the game through the NBA TV website, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

This is a somber day for the Lakers and their fans. Things could have been worse, but losing LeBron James to a high ankle sprain is not ideal. The Lakers will operate without James indefinitely and we’ll see how much time he misses. It could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks, so the next time we see LeBron on a court could be in late April or early May. With Anthony Davis also still sidelined, the Lakers will need role players to step up and carry the team.

With LeBron down, the Suns have got to be thinking this is their chance to really jump up and take the West. The only other competition they have right now is in two struggling teams in the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers. The Suns have lost two of their past three games, though. Prior to that, the team had won seven of eight games, including a win over the Lakers, 114-104.
