How to watch Celtics vs. Lakers via live online stream

TNT will host Thursday’s matchup between the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers with tip off set for 10:00 p.m. ET. The game will take place at the STAPLES Center in LA. If you are in the Boston market, the game will also air on NBC Sports Boston. If you are in the LA market, the game will also air on Spectrum Sportsnet.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime NBA matchup, you can stream the game on Watch TNT or via their mobile app. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription. If you don’t have a cable login to access TNT for a live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

The Celtics are in fifth place in the Eastern Conference, one game back of the Hawks but only 2.5 up on the Pacers who are in ninth and the first team out of the playoff picture. The Celtics are coming off a 116-115 win over Portland and have won six of seven.

The Lakers are in fifth place in the Western Conference, one game back of Denver for fourth place and seven back of the first place Jazz. The Lakers are coming off a 101-93 win over the Hornets and have split wins and losses over the past nine games.
