Update: Metcalf has returned to the field and made a truly amazing catch that was called back for an illegal man downfield.

The Seattle Seahawks No. 1 receiver DK Metcalf went to the medical tent holding his back. The 49ers have the ball at the moment, so we’ll need to wait to see if Metcalf returns to the field on the Seahawks next possession.
