UPDATE: They just converted ANOTHER onside kick! NFL teams have struggled with onside kicks, but Younghoe Koo and his hands team somehow did it yet again. This is ridiculous.

The NFL changed kickoff rules which made onside kicks significantly more difficult to convert. We’ve seen very few, but on Thursday, the Atlanta Falcons actually converted onside kicks on two straight attempts. The first time was called back because of an offsides penalty that was a bad call.
However, the team proceeded to execute another onside kick and recover the ball. You can watch both onside attempts below. Atlanta trailed 26-15 at the time and has since converted a field goal to cut the lead to 26-18 with 1:56 to go in the fourth quarter. Odds aren’t good for another conversion, but maybe lightning strikes again.
