The NFL has arrived at Week 16, and that brings a change in the scheduling format. The Thursday Night Football scheduled came to a close last week, and this week brings the annual Saturday schedule. Normally Saturday is for the college football slate, but with the regular season finished, it means we get our one weekend of NFL regular season Saturday football. It’s a triple-header airing on NFL Network, and all three games feature significant playoff implications.
The second game of the day features the 11-3 New England Patriots hosting the 10-4 Buffalo Bills. Both teams have clinched a playoff berth, but AFC East supremacy is still at stake with two weeks remaining. The Patriots won the first game between these two and can clinch the division with a win. A Bills win would send the decision to Week 17.
The game kicks off at 4:30 p.m. on NFL Network. The Patriots are a 6.5-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, with the point total sitting at 37.5. The Patriots are -286 on the money line, while the Bills are +245.
Both teams are in relatively good shape, health-wise. No team is completely healthy at this stage of the season, but all things considered, the Bills and Patriots could be in worse shape.
We’ll be tracking everything for the game, from odds to fantasy. Check back here throughout for everything that goes down in this huge AFC East showdown.
