J.J. Watt practicing, expected to go on active roster

Texans get a big boost with J.J. Watt returning to practice.

J.J. Watt is practicing on Tuesday and should be added to the active roster soon according to ESPN reporter Sarah Barshop. Watt’s return would be a big boost to Houston’s defense as they start the playoffs hosting Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.

There are no reports that he is a lock to play in the first-round, but returning to the active roster is a good sign. He would likely be used as a situational pass rusher to start, but that’s still a huge help for the Texans defense.
