The Detroit Lions unveiled a couple trick plays against the Houston Texans in Week 12, and now Houston is offering their own trick play as they run up the score.
Leading 34-17 in the fourth quarter, Deshaun Watson handed the ball off to Duke Johnson for a run up the middle. Johnson found no holes and bounced the run outside. However, instead of continuing the run he looked back to Watson and threw him a backwards pass. Watson then found Will Fuller running deep down the left side of the field. They connected on a 34-yard catch-and-run score to give Houston a 41-17 lead early in the fourth quarter.
Romeo Crennel and the Texans have this game in hand, so why not have fun with a little trickeration?
