The Miami Dolphins have benched quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in Week 16 after the rookie struggled to get much going on offense against the Las Vegas Raiders. Tagovailoa completed 17 of 22 passes, but only managed 94 yards.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has come on in place of Tagovailoa with Miami trailing 16-13 and badly in need of a win. They would remain in playoff contention with a loss, but a win keeps them a leg up on the Baltimore Ravens. Fitzpatrick completed three of his first four passes for 25 yards
