The NFL announced the complete 2020 schedule on Thursday evening, and the Seattle Seahawks will kick off their 2020 season with an intra-conference matchup against Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons. Their first divisional game will be Week 7 when they travel to face the Arizona Cardinals.

The Seahawks lost their last two games and ended up needing to go on the road in the playoffs, where they lost in the Divisional round to the Packers. Their offseason was fairly quiet, as they gained Greg Olsen and Phillip Dorsett and don’t look like they’ll end up re-signing Jadeveon Clowney. They did re-sign Jarran Reed and kept Bruce Irvin while upgrading defensively in the draft. If they can shore themselves defensively and let Russell Wilson continue to perform his magic, they’ll remain strong contenders.

All times listed are Eastern.
