Rob Gronkowski got back together with Tom Brady this offseason as he signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On Tuesday, the Bucs posted the first pictures of Gronkowski in a Bucs #87 jersey.

Gronkowski lost a good portion of his bulk after retiring from the Patriots, but these photos show a Gronk that has already started gaining mass as he prepares to return after missing last season.
He is widely considered one of the best tight ends of all time. He leads all tight ends in yards per game, touchdowns per game and yards per target. And he isn’t just a pass catcher, as he was one of the best blocking tight ends in the game. It will be interesting to see how often he is used as a blocker in Tampa Bay, as they do have a strong blocker in O.J. Howard as well.
Gronkowski has a step up on the competition as a receiver of course, as he has tremendous history with Brady and will likely be used early and often as Brady gets used to his new surroundings. Gronkowski’s health was a real concern the last few years of his time in New England and might be the only thing to truly slow him down in his return.
