The Houston Texans made an offensive overhaul this past offseason, acquiring running back David Johnson in a trade that sent DeAndre Hopkins to the Arizona Cardinals. Johnson replaced Carlos Hyde, who departed in free agency.
Johnson had been replaced in Arizona by Kenyan Drake and there were questions about what he would bring to Houston. Through one quarter, he’s off to a strong start. Johnson has rushed three times for 33 yards and scored a touchdown on a 19-yard run.
