Here’s the Vikings full schedule for the 2021 NFL Season

The NFL released the Minnesota Vikings schedule on Wednesday, May 12. We break it down, including a full list of games, prime time matchups, and strength of schedule.

The NFL announced the complete 2021 schedule on Wednesday, May 12, and the Minnesota Vikings are officially set to kick off their 2021 season against the Cincinnati Bengals at 1PM on the road. Their first divisional game will be in Week 5 against the Detroit Lions at home.

The Vikings finished the 2020 NFL season with a 7-9 record as they fell one game short from the playoffs. Kirk Cousins is the undoubted starting quarterback for this team for the 2021 season with his contract fully guaranteed through 2022. The franchise drafted former Texas A&M Aggies quarterback Kellen Mond early in the third round, so we’ll see how he develops. The Vikings traded down with their first round pick and landed former Virginia Tech Hokies tackle Christian Darrisaw. Minnesota quietly has one of the best receiving duos in the NFL with Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson for a franchise that figures to be a fringe playoff team in 2021 once again.

All times listed are Eastern.
