HBO’s 2021 Hard Knocks featuring the Dallas Cowboys continues with Episode 2 airing Tuesday, August 17, at 10:00 p.m. ET. The Hard Knocks series is featured on HBO, but if you don’t have an HBO subscription through your cable provider, you’ll still be able to watch via live stream. To do so, you’ll need a subscription to HBO Max streaming service.
You can sign up and watch with the commercial free streaming service, which is available for $14.99 per month ($149.99 per year). Once you’ve got a subscription, HBO Max has apps available to stream on most devices, including iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, gaming consules and more.
Episode 1 focused heavily on QB Dak Prescott’s recovery, as expected. The star quarterback went down last season with a gruesome leg injury, but is likely to take the field Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to kick off the 2021-22 season. Prescott’s physical and mental return to the field dominated the premiere.
Episode 2 is expected to pick up after the Hall of Fame game, focusing more on Prescott’s shoulder issue while also diving more into his relationship with head coach Mike McCarthy. Expect some attention on Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb and Ezekiel Elliott as well.
