The 2021 NHL Draft is set for 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2 on Friday night. The Sabres will have the first pick while we’ll also see the first ever selection by the expansion Kraken at No. 2 overall. The two prospects expected to go at the top are both out of the University of Michigan: D Owen Power and C Matthew Beniers. Chances are the Sabres and Kraken will go with one of those two in the 1-2 position. Behind them is a slew of middling prospects as most experts believe there isn’t much separation between most of the names in the 3-10 range.

Below you’ll be able to find the complete order for the first round, which will take place on Friday night. Rounds 2-7 will be held during the afternoon on Saturday. The Coyotes forfeited their pick at No. 11 overall after violating the NHL Combine Testing policy during the 2019-20 season.

Update: The Sabres have acquired the No. 14 pick in the 2021 draft as part of a trade involving D Rasmus Ristolainen.

Update: The Coyotes have acquired the No. pick from the Canucks in a trade involving D Oliver Ekman-Larson and F Conor Garland.
