Team USA Softball went 5-0 in pool play at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, and will take on a Japan team they defeated 2-1 in their final preliminary game on Tuesday. But whereas the last matchup was just to determine who would have home field, this one is with the gold medal on the line.

You can watch Japan vs. USA softball for the gold medal on Tuesday, July 27th at 7:00 a.m. ET on NBC Sports Network. If you aren’t in front of a television and on NBCOlympics.com will live stream the match. You’ll need a cable subscription for access. If you don’t have one, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the match. You can also watch on the NBC Sports mobile app.

The Americans have struggled offensively in the tournament with a walkoff home run from Kelsey Stewart the first ball they’ve hit over the wall in five Olympic preliminary games. But the pitching of Monica Abbott, Cat Osterman, and Ally Carda has been sublime. Team USA has conceded only two runs in 36 innings in Tokyo so far.
