On the last day of Olympic swimming, there are five medals being contested, but no preliminaries or semifinal. The 15th and final session is just over an hour in the pool that will put the lane lines of the Tokyo Aquatics Center to rest for good.
Caeleb Dressel of the United States is the massive favorite to pick up his fourth gold medal in Tokyo as the -1200 favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook in the 50m freestyle, aka the “splash and dash.” The same event will be contested on the women’s side, with Abbey Weitzeil as Team USA’s only hope for hardware. She had the fourth-best time in qualifying.
The Americans are also the favorite in both relays as well. The USA is -225 to win the men’s medley relay final, and the women sit at -175.
