Gold medals will be handed out in 28 events on Sunday, August 1st as Team USA heads into the final week of the Summer Olympics. With that many high-level events, there are plenty of options to check out the competitions through online streams.
If you are not in front of a television, NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports mobile app will both offer streaming coverage, but you’ll need a cable subscription for access. If you don’t have one, you can get a free trial for USA and NBC Sports Network through YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the contests.
Five swimming events will involve Americans going for the gold medal. Caeleb Dressel and Michael Andrew will compete in the 50-meter freestyle, and Robert Finke will be in the 1500-meter freestyle. In the 50-meter freestyle, Abbey Weitzeil will compete on the women’s side. Team USA will go for gold in the men’s and women’s 4x100-meter medley relay.
